Intended standard use
The future standard license is intended to permit use of purchased sounds in original musical productions, recordings, live performances, broadcasts and audiovisual projects, subject to final terms.
Producers should be able to transform, arrange and combine sounds as part of a new creative work.
Raw redistribution is prohibited
Users must not resell, share, sublicense, upload or redistribute samples in unchanged or substantially isolated form. Sounds must not be repackaged into another sample library, preset collection or competing product.
Final legal review
Ownership warranties, permitted collaborators, client work, content-identification systems, liability, refunds, governing law and dispute handling all require final jurisdiction-specific language.
Current Phase 1 status
No purchase or license grant occurs through this interface. Product prices, checkout and account records are simulations designed to validate product experience.
